‘interstellar’ is from a series of fashion photographs I am currently making, which are inspired by the planets, space exploration, sci-fi and the other-worldly. The project explores constructed image-making in a lighting studio, where I utilised existing image data from NASA and Chinese space programs to simulate and recreate the different planet’s surface as a backdrop for my models. Then the heroes and heroines lead us to explore different planets in the solar system and discover fantastic scenery.
